Danita joined The Media Audit in 2013 as Southeast Market Manager, based in Florida. She has extensive experience as a marketer and broadcast seller who excels at creating customized marketing and advertising solutions for clients. Prior to joining The Media Audit, Danita was President of DLC Marketing, a Florida-based marketing consultancy. Past positions included Marketing Partner for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment in West Palm Beach, Florida, Regional Vice President of Arbonne International, as well as Marketing Specialist for WPEC-TV, a CBS TV affiliate. During Danita's career, she spent 13 years providing voice talent for radio and television.
Beverly attended Ithaca College, where she studied Television and Radio. Her first job was as a television Research Analyst with Harrington, Righter & Parson in New York City. Beverly has a strong interest in sports, which led her to a job with Group W Sports Marketing. She has also held various positions at several local TV stations...one of which was KTBC in Austin. Beverly has worked in just about all phases of television marketing including Research Director, Advertising Sales, and Corporate Training.
Nick came to The Media Audit in 2007 as Midwest Marketing Manager, based in Cincinnati. Not only is Nick a very bright, energetic and passionate sales guy, he is a thirty-year veteran in the advertising and media industries, having worked for radio, TV, cable, ad agencies, and research firms. Prior to joining The Media Audit, Nick has lent his talents to corporations such as The Kempton Group, a marketing sponsorship company specializing in entertainment, hospitality and sports. Nick also spent a total of nine years as Vice President working for Clear Channel Communications and Clear Channel Radio, as well as having worked as VP Marketing for Citicasters, VP/General Manager for WKRC Radio, and VP Marketing for Taft Broadcasting.
John recently joined the team in the Fall of 2014. Just prior he served as the Digital Sales Manager for Gannett Newspapers in Salem, OR. He also is the founder of Rojo Research, a company specializing in Spanish-language media and sports fan research. That business quickly grew into the largest provider of college athletics fan research in North American, partnering with over 100 universities in the U.S. and Canada. Over his career he has performed the roles of advertising director, publisher, and regional digital director for media companies including Advance Publications, Lee Enterprises, Media News Group, and Hearst Media.
Nell Rankin joined our team in November 2015. She has over 30 years of agency and media experience. For 15 years she was Principal and Strategic Director for a fast-growing agency in the southeast. She has worked with national industrial clients, professional firms, shopping centers and healthcare clients. In her early career Nell sold print, radio and television then went on to sales management for a radio group. She also lead the Major Accounts division for the Gannett newspaper in Montgomery. Rankin' s broad range of experience on both the media and agency side make her a valued resource. She understands the importance of research in the development of sound strategies for marketers and advertisers.
Stephanie joined the company in 2008. Stephanie brings with her a strong expertise in the newspaper industry, having worked for one of the largest newspaper groups in the country. Prior to joining The Media Audit, she was Market Research Manager for the Gannett-owned Reno Gazette-Journal. Not only is Stephanie highly skilled at interpreting data, but she has a remarkable ability to articulate what the data means and how to apply them in any business situation.
Don joined The Media Audit in 2013. He began his media career as
a radio announcer/disc jockey. After a decade of spinning 45 rpm
records, he decided to move into advertising sales and has worked
for a number of major braodcasting companies and stations across
the Ohio, Florida, and Georgia markets before eventually becoming a
station owner. Following a successful career in radio, Don moved
from radio station advertising sales becoming the first sales
person at Birch/Scarborough Research. In 1999, Don also sold
advertising for an alternative print publication in Orlando,
